Acquisition of Redwood Group

ERN, one of the fastest growing multi-discipline recruitment agencies, today acquired Redwood Group for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 1990, Redwood provides quality engineering and technical recruitment solutions to clients throughout the UK. They operate as two distinct divisions. Redwood Engineering Recruitment have developed long-lasting partnerships with major companies and source all levels of candidates across all engineering disciplines for temporary, contract and permanent personnel.

Redwood Building Services provide operatives across the M&E and Construction industries for temporary, contract and permanent positions.  They supply many of the industry’s leading blue chip companies with labour.

ERN has a number of niche brands within the group, supplying into various vertical markets.  Network Recruitment operates in the support services sector.  UK Teaching and EM Education supplies temporary and permanent teachers into various education establishments all over the UK.  Montagu Nursing Agency, BlueCare Nurses and MPS are suppliers of agency nurses into public and private healthcare sectors and approved suppliers under the national framework agreement.  White Door supplies marketing talent within the agency world.  KP Publishing operates in the publishing arena supplying copywriters and editorial staff at all levels.  Microcom supplies all levels of IT staff within the UK and overseas.  PRS specialises in senior executive search in the engineering sector.
